NVS Studio is a family-owned design firm operated by Naresh Sharma, who is the Principal Designer of the studio. Combining decades of experience with new ideas, our guiding philosophy is that residential architecture should change people, environments and communities for the better. The challenges of the 21st century require a collective effort by designers, scientists and engineers to re-imagine how our communities live, breathe and function and NVS Studio is our vessel for merging innovative design thinking and scientific precision into residential architecture. As designers, we are inspired by technological innovation and the possibilities it opens up. As such, we are one of the first custom-residential architectural design studios in the country to incorporate cutting-edge platforms such as Artificial and Virtual Reality throughout our design process.

Mr. Naresh Sharma has over 40 years of experience as an architect and interior designer, with projects spanning the entire globe. He began his architectural career designing luxury hotels across Asia. Over the past two decades, he has led design projects for the United States federal government and for builders specializing in custom residential homes in the Washington metro region. His government clients have included the National Institutes of Health, Administration for Children and Families, the United States Agency for International Development and the United States Patent Trademark Office. Mr. Sharma has also worked with award-winning residential builders such as Botero Homes on designing custom luxury homes, specializing in both contemporary and traditional styles.
