Federal Government
NVS Studio, AJ Engineers, and EcoHabitat are managing the renovation and construction of the new office and facility for Ampcus, an IT Consulting Services Company based in Northern Virginia.
Our team led the full design, permitting, and construction management of this project. The project is set for completion in August 2025 and includes the renovation of 30,000 sq ft. of commercial space.

We strive to understand the unique vision and needs of each client. As we learn about their aesthetic preferences, we begin developing conceptual sketches and designs that invigorate their imagination.
Once clients have settled on a general concept for their project, we begin developing the floorplans and layouts. Additionally, we leverage our significant expertise in permitting to ensure buildings are designed to code.
After finalizing the floorplans, we start developing the exterior and interior details using SketchUp, a 3D modeling software. Construction of a 3D model gives us and the client the opportunity to understand the spatial layouts and material usage from a realistic perspective.
In the final step, we begin using rendering and virtual reality software to generate photo-realistic visualizations. Photorealism provides clients with a life-like perspective before projects transition towards construction.
